Leadership Team

We bring diverse backgrounds, expertise, and perspectives to everything we do—believing that inclusive leadership and cross-sector collaboration are key to solving today’s most pressing challenges.  Together, we guide the Foundation’s vision and operations with a focus on collaboration, equity, and meaningful impact.

President, Dr. Chun Ma

Chun Ma leads the Foundation with a passion for building strategic partnerships and fostering global solutions. With a deep commitment to public service and innovation, Chun oversees the organization’s mission-driven initiatives and long-term vision.

Secretary, Dr. Jie Qiu

As Secretary, Jie Qiu ensures the integrity and transparency of the Foundation’s operations. Jie plays a key role in organizational governance, supporting effective communication, compliance, and coordination across programs and partnerships.

Treasurer, Dr. Xiaochun Zhang

Xiaochun Zhang manages the financial stewardship of the Foundation. With a strong background in fiscal management and nonprofit accountability, Xiaochun ensures that resources are aligned with our mission and used to maximize public benefit.

Director, Ms. Ellen Wang

Ellen Wang contributes strategic insight and a deep understanding of global challenges to the Foundation’s leadership. Her work as Director supports cross-sector collaboration and the development of impactful, research-informed solutions that serve the public good.

Director, Ms. Fang Wang

Fang Wang brings a wealth of experience in education and community engagement. As Director, she helps guide the Foundation’s programming and outreach efforts, focusing on initiatives that promote equity, leadership development, and creative problem-solving.
