Dr. Chun Ma 

President, Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Chun Ma serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of AlphaPi Foundation, setting its vision, shaping its strategic agenda, and leading its pursuit of transformative public impact. He guides the Foundation’s growth by cultivating high-impact partnerships, championing forward-looking initiatives, and mobilizing resources around shared purpose. With a commitment to innovation and service, Dr. Ma positions AlphaPi Foundation as a catalyst for leadership, opportunity, and enduring community progress.

Ms. Cathy Qiu

Chief Administrative Officer

Ms. Cathy Qiu serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of the Board for AlphaPi Foundation. She provides executive leadership for the Foundation’s governance, institutional integrity, and long-term organizational stewardship. By connecting Board priorities with administrative discipline and transparent oversight, Cathy helps build the structure, trust, and alignment needed to advance AlphaPi Foundation’s vision and lasting public impact. Her leadership supports responsible growth, organizational resilience, and sustained trust.

Dr. Andrew Zhang

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Andrew Zhang leads the organizational strategy and operational systems that sustain AlphaPi Foundation. Drawing on extensive experience in nonprofit management and institutional accountability, he translates the Foundation’s mission into measurable public impact. He connects strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring that resources, programs, and partnerships are effectively aligned to advance innovation and cultivate leadership. 

Ms. Ellen Wang

Vice President of Development, East Coast

Ms. Ellen Wang serves as Vice President of Development, East Coast, advancing AlphaPi Foundation’s growth through strategic relationship-building, regional engagement, and philanthropic partnerships. She helps expand the Foundation’s presence across the East Coast by connecting supporters, community leaders, and institutions around a shared commitment to innovation, leadership, and public impact. Her work strengthens the resources and partnerships needed to bring the Foundation’s vision to life.

Ms. Fang Wang

Vice President of Development, West Coast

Ms. Fang Wang serves as Vice President of Development, West Coast, leading efforts to cultivate strategic partnerships and community support throughout the region. She champions initiatives that broaden AlphaPi Foundation’s network, mobilize resources, and deepen engagement with donors and mission-aligned collaborators. Through a forward-looking approach to development, Fang helps fuel sustainable growth and extend the Foundation’s impact across the West Coast.

Vice President of Community Impact
