President, Dr. Chun Ma

Secretary, Dr. Jie Qiu
As Secretary, Jie Qiu ensures the integrity and transparency of the Foundation’s operations. Jie plays a key role in organizational governance, supporting effective communication, compliance, and coordination across programs and partnerships.
Treasurer, Dr. Xiaochun Zhang
Xiaochun Zhang manages the financial stewardship of the Foundation. With a strong background in fiscal management and nonprofit accountability, Xiaochun ensures that resources are aligned with our mission and used to maximize public benefit.
Director, Ms. Ellen Wang
